Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    With pastry blender, cut all ingredients until dough forms, about 15 minutes.
    Then knead for about 5 minutes.
    Press into a cookie sheet; cut into square shapes with a knife.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When done, re-cut.
