Fresh Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
6 ears corn, kernels cut off
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. flour
Preparation
-
Heat bacon drippings in large heavy skillet.
Add corn, water and margarine to hot fat.
Add salt and milk mixed with flour; cover and cook for at least 1 hour over very low heat.
Stir from time to time; add margarine.
