Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 carrot, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    2 eggs
    seasoned salt to taste
    thin egg roll wrappers
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Mix raw ground beef with vegetables, eggs and seasoned salt. Put teaspoon of mixture on corner of wrapper.
    Fold wrapper according to package directions.
    Fry in hot oil, turning until all sides are golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
