Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sour cream or blended cottage cheese
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese, grated
    1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Refrigerate pie shell for 1/2 hour.
    In a bowl, combine soup, eggs and sour cream.
    Toss flour with remaining ingredients; sprinkle over bottom of pie shell.
    Pour egg mixture over vegetable and cheese mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until set.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
