Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 whole eggs
3 c. chopped apples
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix cooking oil, sugar and whole eggs well.
Add remaining ingredients.
