Ingredients

1/2 lb bacon, cut in 1 inch squares (Fry to a crisp)
2 chopped green peppers
2 medium sweet onions, chopped
10 chopped green onions (stems and all)
3 cans red kidney beans and sauce
2 can chili con carne without beans
1/2 bottle catsup
1 bottle or jar chili sauce
1 pt. burgundy
2 lb ground hamburger- cooked
Preparation

Simmer green peppers, sweet onions and green onions with bacon for 20 minutes. Put kidney beans, chili con carne, ketchup and chili sauce in large casserole and combine with bacon, green peppers, sweet onions and green onions. Cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove from oven and add one pint of burgundy.
Return to oven and bake, uncovered, for 1/2 hour.
Add ground beef.
