Hearty Potato Soup(My Favorite Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 or more potatoes, peeled and diced
4 carrots, sliced
4 celery stalks, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
6 Tbsp. margarine
6 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper (enough to taste)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

Preparation

In large pan, cook potatoes, carrots, celery and onions in water until tender.
Do not drain off water.
Put in enough water to cover everything.
