Crumble For The Top Of Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. grated cheese
salt, pepper and paprika
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. grated onion or onion juice
Preparation

Combine with the butter all of the ingredients.
Broil fish covered with butter; turn and spread with mixture.
Broil 2 or 3 minutes or until brown.
Garnish with lemon and parsley.
