Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches fresh broccoli
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 chopped onion
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.
    Peel stems and slice thin.
    Mix broccoli, onion, bacon and cheese.
    To make dressing, mix sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise.
    Toss salad with dressing.
