Creamy Mushroom Steaks(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. beef top loin
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 to 1 1/4 c. half and half
    salt and pepper to taste
    red and/or green pepper strips for garnish
Preparation
    Cut room temperature steak into strips across the grain.
    Place in microwave dish and sprinkle with crushed beef cube.
    Cover. Microwave at High for 3 minutes, turning beef after 2 minutes.
