Anytime Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 deep-dish crusts, frozen
1 pkg. Polish sausage, cut in pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. green peppers, chopped
1 Stouffer's spinach souffle
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 (8 oz.) Colby cheese, grated
Preparation

Set crust aside to thaw.
In skillet, saute next 4 ingredients.
Cook until all is soft.
Add spinach souffle; cook until all is hot.
While this is cooking, heat pie crusts for 2 minutes. Mix eggs and milk in blender.
Place meat mixture in crust.
Cover with cheese evenly.
Add egg mixture.
Pat down cheese with fork.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
