Easy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (regular or light) cream cheese (10 oz.)
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 prepared graham cracker crust
fruit topping (canned or fresh), optional
Preparation

Blend the first four ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into crust and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Top with fresh or canned fruit.
Fresh strawberries are especially good.
