Light Cream Whip - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/4 unflavored gelatin
 
2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
- 
                            In small deep bowl, dissolve gelatin and cold water over hot water, then add 1 cup light cream and dash of salt.
 
Place in a larger bowl of ice and water and whip or beat for 5 to 7 minutes.
