Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. all-bran cereal
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Stir together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder; set aside.
    Combine cereal and milk; let stand about 3 minutes or until cereal softens.
    Add egg and oil; mix well.
    Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
    Pour batter into 12 lightly-greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
