Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. carrots (1/4 slices)
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. cauliflower flowerets
1 c. celery, cut in slices
1/2 c. dressing (herb vinaigrette)
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. red or green peppers, diced
bed of lettuce leaves (if desired)
Preparation

In 3-quart pan over high heat and in 1-inch of boiling water, cook carrots for 1 minute (or longer).
Add broccoli, cauliflower and celery.
Cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Drain immediately and cool vegetables under cold running water; drain.
