Shenandoah Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. apples
1 c. grated mild or sharp cheese
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and fill 9-inch pie plate pastry shell.
Cover with top crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
