World'S Best Almond Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    4 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Spray with Pam.
    Mix all ingredients until very fluffy.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool 30 minutes.
    Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
    Add to cooled cake and bake another 10 to 12 minutes.
    Refrigerate (sprinkle slivered almonds on top) several hours before serving.
