Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sweet sausage (some like hot sausage)
2 c. celery (1/2-inch pieces, 3 medium)
zucchini (1/2-inch pieces)
1 c. chopped onions
2 cans tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning (Hidden Valley, dry)
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or granules
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

If zucchini skin seems tough, peel them.
If zucchini seeds are large, scoop them out.
