Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

3 c. cornmeal
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. corn oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 tsp. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 large diced onion
1/2 c. diced jalapeno peppers
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix ingredients and pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
