Hawaiian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 green pepper, sliced in 1 inch pieces
    1 can pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    syrup from pineapple
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients, then make meatballs about the size of walnuts.
    Cook until done in skillet or in oven.
    Place meatballs, green pepper and pineapple chunks in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Mix cornstarch, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and syrup from pineapple.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Pour this mixture into pan with meatballs and bake until heated through.
