Leek Soup(For Two) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leek (use everything but dark outer leaves)
    2 c. water
    1 bouillon cube (vegetable or chicken)
    1 medium potato, peeled and diced
    1 small onion, peeled and diced
Preparation
    Cut leek into 1-inch sections lengthwise to make it easy to clean.
    Put all ingredients into slow cooker.
    Set on low, cover and let it do its work.
    In microwave, put in 8-cup glass measure, cover tightly with plastic wrap and cook at 100\u00b0
    for 12 minutes.
