Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sweet milk
    3/4 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Bring milk to a boil.
    Add meal gradually, stirring constantly.
    Add salt and margarine.
    Stir until creamy.
    Cut off heat and add eggs.
    Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake at 425\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    Serve while hot.
