Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium, shredded, raw sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
marshmallows (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Place marshmallows on top.
