Ingredients

10 oz. milk chocolate
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 c. sweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted
2 c. coarsely chopped, lightly salted, roasted Macadamia nuts
Preparation

Toast coconut on a cookie sheet in oven for about 7 minutes, stirring several times. Watch closely as it burns quickly.
