Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 lb. loaf day old sliced bread, torn into pieces
3/4 c. powdered milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Blend together water and powdered milk.
Mix eggs, salt, vanilla and sugar together and stir into milk mixture. Add raisins and margarine.
Mix bread into liquid until lightly moistened. Bake in well-greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
