Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
1 pt. strawberries
1 small pkg. sugar-free jello
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 container Cool Whip, thawed
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Wash and dry strawberries.
Slice and layer into pie shell. Boil 1 cup water, then add the jello and cornstarch.
Stir to dissolve completely.
Let the jello mixture cool slightly, then pour over the strawberries.
Place in the refrigerator; let the jello set.
Cover the pie with Cool Whip.
