Swedish Ham Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground smoked ham
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, vinegar, water and mustard.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Combine meats, crumbs, eggs and milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Form into small balls and place in a casserole.
    Pour brown sugar mixture over meat balls.
    Bake in slow oven (275\u00b0) for 1 1/2 hours.
    Baste frequently with sauce.
