Grilled Chicken With Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, halved
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. oil
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced jalapeno
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. lime juice
    1 c. diced tomatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced cilantro
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Place each chicken breast half between two sheets of heavy plastic wrap and flatten with a mallet or rolling pin.
    Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper and place breasts in a shallow glass baking dish.
    Combine the lime juice and oil.
    Pour over the chicken.
    Turn breasts to coat.
    Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
