Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef stew meat
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown onion and meat in butter or margarine.
    Add salt, pepper, bouillon and water.
    Simmer 2 hours or until tender.
    Add additional water as needed.
    Mix flour with cold water.
    Stir into gravy to thicken.
    Bring to simmer.
    Add sour cream and simmer. Serve on buttered noodles.
