Banana Cake(Bake Auction) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oleo
3 eggs
3 medium bananas
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix ingredients, creaming sugar and oleo, then adding eggs and bananas.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into 2 layer pans or a 9 x 13-inch pan, well-greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Delicious with Cream Cheese Icing.
