Orange Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. honey
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. lemon peel, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 lb. carrots, sliced 1/2 inch thick
Preparation
    In microwave dish, combine juice, honey, butter, lemon peel, salt and nutmeg.
    Stir in cornstarch; mix until well blended. Stir in carrots.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Cook on high 7 to 9 minutes.
    Stir once.
    Stir, let stand, covered, 3 minutes before serving.
