Mom'S Cream Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. meat fryings or oil
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
pepper to taste
Preparation

Use drippings from the meat that you fry, stir flour in and let brown slightly, add salt and the milk (I use a small can of condensed milk, if you want it richer).
Stir until thick, if you like a thinner gravy, add more milk, if you want a thicker gravy, use less milk.
This recipe has been passed down through several generations.
Goes well with venison.
