Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic (if desired)
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 qt. tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine.
    Add ground beef; lightly brown.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic, tomatoes and macaroni. Cook for about 30 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
    Add water if necessary.
