Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash
    2 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender before. Drain off water; add butter, salt, pepper and milk. Mix together, then add beaten eggs, onion, cheese and cracker crumbs. Pour in well-greased casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
