Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/3 c. water
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook pepper, onion and garlic until tender in margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients, except rice.
    Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve over rice.
    Serves 6.
