Perfection Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    3 c. hot water or 1 1/2 c. hot and 1 1/2 c. cold
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped olives
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients and chill.
    Add remainder of ingredients.
    Mix and pour in ring mold.
    Refrigerate until ready for serving.
    A small dish of mayonnaise or other dressing may be put in center.
    Garnish with greens, olives and pickles.
