Old-Fashioned Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. flour
2 c. stock from chicken broth
1 c. milk
3 medium potatoes, boiled and diced
3 eggs, boiled and diced
2 c. chicken, cut in strips
salt and pepper
1 frozen pie shell, thawed enough to arrange on top
Preparation

Cook chicken in water until done.
Cool and cut in strips. Melt butter and flour.
Blend well.
Add chicken stock and milk. Cook, stirring until thickened.
Add diced potatoes, eggs and chicken.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Put in 2-quart casserole dish.
Cover with pie crust.
Cut slits in dough.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
