Dirt Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cold milk
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
    1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos), finely crushed
    gummy worms and frogs, chopped peanuts and/or granola for decoration
Preparation
    Pour milk in large bowl.
    Add pudding mix and beat for 1 to 2 minutes (with whisk or lowest speed on electric mixer) until well blended.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in the whipped topping and half the crushed cookies.
    Place 1 tablespoon of remaining crushed cookies into each of 8 to 10 (7-ounce) paper or plastic cups. Fill the cups about 3/4 full with the pudding mixture, then top with the remaining crushed cookies.
    Decorate with gummy worms, etc.
    Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
    Serves 8 to 10.
