Caramel Date Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 1/2 c. caramel chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped dates
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over low heat.
    Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add marshmallows, caramel chips, vanilla, dates and nuts. Stir 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows melt.
    Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper.
    Makes 2 pounds.
