Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small jar pimento
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
