Chicken Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast
    flour for dredging
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    5 gloves garlic, chopped
    juice of 1 whole lemon
    pepper to taste
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Cut chicken in 1 1/2 to 2-inch pieces and pound lightly between
    2
    pieces
    of
    waxed paper.
    Dredge chicken pieces in flour and
    fry
    in
    hot
    oil
    on both sides. Finish all of the chicken
    pieces
    and drain oil.
    Add the remaining ingredients and let it reduce over high heat until it is nicely thickened. Serve with lemon slices and parsley for garnish. Serves 3.
