Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube margarine
    1/4 lb. shredded Jack cheese
    3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks
    1 loaf unsliced bread, cubed in large pieces
Preparation
    Melt cheeses and margarine over hot water, fold in egg whites. Coat well each cube of bread and freeze on cookie sheet.
    As needed, bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
