Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place cauliflower in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole or microproof container.
Sprinkle with water; cover with plastic wrap and pierce plastic wrap.
Microwave on High power for 8 to 9 minutes or until cauliflower is tender-crisp.
