My Favorite Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1 (9-inch) single crust unbaked pie shell
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, spices and salt.
Gradually add evaporated milk.
Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean.
Cool.
