Mama Mae'S Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. raw sweet potatoes, grated
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded sweetened coconut
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. whiskey (optional)
    whipped cream (as garnish)
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to 350\u00b0.\tGenerously butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Vigorously
    beat
    eggs
    and sugar together in large bowl.
    Stir
    in all remaining ingredients except whipped cream.
    Pour
    into\tprepared
    casserole
    dish and bake 1 hour, until barely firm.\tServe tepid, garnished with whipped cream.
