Zucchini On The Half Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small zucchini, cut in half lengthwise
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Trim ends of zucchini; cut squash in half lengthwise.
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add grated onion and bouillon cube; crush cube.
    Add zucchini, cut side down and cook until golden brown.
    Turn; add water and cook, covered, over low heat, about 10 minutes or until tender.
    Serves 5 to 6.
