Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. extra lean ground chuck
    3 large green peppers, chopped
    3 to 4 batches green onions, chopped
    1 large jar green olives, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 (15 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can water
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    14 lasagna noodles
    3 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 c. Ricotta cheese
    3 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Crumble ground beef in a large heavy saucepan.
    Cook until just done and then drain well and set aside.
    In same pan, cook onions and green peppers slightly.
    Add meat, olives, garlic, tomato sauce, water, eggs, basil, salt and pepper.
    Simmer while preparing noodles and cheeses.
