Grilled Potato Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. red potatoes, cut into quarters
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan over high heat, heat potatoes and enough water to cover to boiling point.
    Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    When potatoes are cool, put onto skewers.
    Preheat broiler or grill.
    In a small cup combine oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
    Place skewers on rack or in broiling pan or grill.
    Brush with mixture and cook 6 to 8 minutes, occasionally brushing with mixture and turning.
