Easy Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    sprinkle of salt
    large wooden spoon solid shortening
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift the flour with the powder and salt. Cut in the shortening until well cut up. Add milk and hand stir.
    Turn out on floured counter.
    Roll out to desired thickness and cut biscuit shape. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
