Poor Man'S "Crab" Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini, drained
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 egg
3 Tbsp. grated onion
salt and pepper to taste
all-purpose flour
vegetable oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except flour and oil.
Shape into patties.
Roll in flour and saute in oil until brown.
Serves 6.
